The next generation of government begins with a different conversation.

Bring a new perspective to even the most sophisticated audience

Technology is changing what governments can do. Societies are changing what citizens expect. And global uncertainty is testing the capacity of institutions to adapt.

Yet many of the fundamental assumptions behind modern government remain remarkably unchanged.

My speaking engagements challenge audiences to look beyond immediate political debates and explore the structural questions that will define the future of the state.

Combining political history, institutional analysis, and practical experience from international government initiatives, I offer perspectives designed to provoke thought — and inspire action.

❋ The Government of Tomorrow: Reinventing the state for the 21st century (and beyond)

What would government look like if we designed it today? This keynote examines how inherited institutional structures can evolve to meet new expectations, technologies, and societal challenges.

❋ From Bureaucracy to Algorithms: AI and the Transformation of the State

Artificial intelligence promises more efficient public administration. But its deeper consequences may involve entirely new ways of organizing institutions, making decisions, and interacting with citizens.

❋ Why Governments Fail: Learning from what Doesn't Work

From failed reforms to institutional inertia, this talk examines why seemingly promising public initiatives often disappoint — and what their failures teach us about better governance.

❋ Beyond Efficiency: What Makes a Government Good

Lower costs and faster service delivery are valuable, but they do not necessarily make governments better. This keynote explores a broader understanding of public value, state capacity, trust, and institutional effectiveness.
