Who I am

I am a French entrepreneur and researcher with a focus on large societal issues on a global scale.

I am is a governance specialist and advisor working with governments, public institutions, and policy leaders on public-sector reform, institutional performance, and the future of governance.

I am the founder of the Government Tomorrow Forum, an international research and dialogue platform dedicated to understanding how governments can adapt to technological, societal, and structural change while preserving legitimacy and public trust.

My work focuses on evaluating public policies and public services beyond cost-based metrics, developing frameworks for government efficiency grounded in process, outcomes, and trust, and exploring the long-term implications of digitalization and artificial intelligence for public institutions.

I work across Europe, North America, and other regions, collaborating with policymakers, researchers, and practitioners through advisory work, research initiatives, and international expert networks. He regularly writes and speaks on governance, public administration, and institutional reform.

I hold an MA in International Affairs from King’s College London, am a graduate of Yale SOM Elevated Leadership Program, and have studied in Sorbonne, Business School Lausanne, and University of Helsinki.
